How to restart your router

Technical

1. Save any work, then unplug the ONU/router power adapter from the wall (not only the front power button).
2. Wait 30–60 seconds so capacitors discharge and the optical session fully clears.
3. Plug power back in and wait until status lights stabilize — often 1–3 minutes depending on the model.
4. Retest browsing on one device. If the issue remains, note light colors before contacting support.
